Octavo, viii, 248pp. Blue cloth, title stamped in gilt on spine. Stated “first American edition” on the copyright page. Lightly bumped top corner, internally clean. In the publisher’s dust jacket, both corners clipped, a few closed tears along heel of spine, bright illustrations, a very good example.
