The signed limited edition of Bullfighting, Sport & Industry by Ernest Hemingway, one of 26 lettered copies, signed by the illustrator, Barnaby Conrad.

Octavo, xi, [1], 50pp, [4]. Full black morocco, title stamped in gilt on spine and front cover, binding variant “B.” Appears unread. Endpapers with reproduction of the original article from Hemingway, which as published in Fortune Magazine in 1930 (Grissom C310). Housed in the publisher’s matching black slipcase. Includes the publisher’s dust jacket, fine condition.

From a limited edition of 26 lettered copies, this being letter “Y,” signed by Barnaby Conrad. (Grissom A71.1.a)

This work was printed by Thomas-Short in Dexter Michigan. A complete print run of 500 copies were produced, with 26 signed and lettered copies. The work was designed and typeset by Lisa Meeker Gorny. The trade copies were bound in cloth and sold for $125, the leather-bound copies were sold for $300 at the time of publication. A publisher’s four page prospectus is included with this copy.
