Octavo, [4], 576pp. Full blue cloth with pattern embossed on front cover. Title in gilt on spine and front cover. No additional printings listed on copyright page. Slight bow to covers, sunned spine, with a few faint stains on cloth. Foxing to endpapers, very good condition.
The Wings of the Dove is ranked #26 on The Modern Library’s 100 Best Novels of the 20th Century. The scarce first edition of this work was published by Charles Scribner’s Sons on August 21, 1902, as a two volume set.
