Comments: Chef Anthony Bourdain rose to fame with the publication of Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly (2000). This led to television shows on the Food Network and the Travel Channel, including Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations and The Layover. His last show aired on CNN, called Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown. Bourdain died in 2018 in France.
