In publisher’s dust jacket, $4.95 retail price on front flap, faint shelfwear, a bright, near fine example. Signed by Allen Dulles on the front free endpaper: “To Robert K. Starling, with the sincere regards of the author, Allen Dulles / Xmas 1963.”

Allen Dulles (1893-1969) was the Director of the CIA under President Eisenhower from 1953-1961. He served on the Warren Commission in 1963-1964. His brother, John Foster Dulles, served as Secretary of State under President Eisenhower.
