Major General Preston Brown (1872-1948) was an American army officer who served during World War I. He was part of the American Expeditionary Forces, serving as chief of staff for the 2nd Infantry Division and the IV Corps. He was later promoted to commander of the 3rd Division and was awarded the Distinguished Service Medal for his wartime service.
