Signed on the front free endpaper by the Bushs during their last month in the White House. Inscription reads: “George Bush / Barbara Bush / December 1992.”
This book is from the estate of George Voinovich (1936-2016), who served as a United States senator from Ohio (1999-2011) and 65th governor of Ohio (1991-1998).
