An exceptional limited edition piece from the Roosevelt administration, rarely appearing on the public market.
The lettered copies of this publication were bound in blue morocco and distributed to members of Roosevelt’s cabinet. As with this copy, number 21-100 were bound in blue cloth and sold to the general public. The work contains Roosevelt’s speech to congress on December 8th, 1941 after the attack on Pearl Harbor and subsequent addresses relating to the oncoming war with Japan and the Axis Powers.
