Comments: Frezier was known as a French military engineer, explorer and spy. His most enduring contribution may be the introduction of the strawberry to modern European society. This book details the voyage of Frezier from France to Cape Horn. The second part details the voyage around Tierra Del Fuego, up the Chilean coast and into Peru. Foldout maps detail cities such as Valparaiso and Santiago. A very good example of this impressive historical work.
