Octavo, [2], vii, [2], 10-560pp, [16pp ads]. In the publisher’s blue pebbled cloth, star decal in gilt on front cover. Title in gilt on front cover and spine. This is a later edition, with an undated title page. From BAL: “A new edition was set up in Feb., 1887, with a “Table of Contents,” pp. -vii, and the text ending on p. 560.” Solid text block, bumped corners, light wear to edges of spine. Previous ownership inscription and bookseller’s label on front free endpaper.
