Ownership inscription on front endpaper in ball-point pen, covered by front flap. In publishers first state dust jacket, near fine condition, with $23.00 on front flap, bright illustrations, light shelf wear on front and back panels. An excellent example of this scarce work by future President Barack Obama.
Comments: As the name recognition of Barack Obama increased, Dreams From My Father was reissued by Crown Publishing in 2004. This is the true first edition, which only sold 8,000 copies then went out of print.
