Inscribed by Thomas Edison on the front free endpaper of Volume II to “Hutch.” Miller Reece Hutchison, Ph.D., was the inventor of the electric hearing aid and the Klaxon Horn.
His contributions to science and technology would affect people’s lives for generations to come.
Thomas Edison is quoted as saying that Dr. Hutchison invented the Klaxon Horn to create more customers for his hearing aids. This quote has also been attributed to Mark Twain.
