In the publisher’s first state dust jacket, $3.00 retail price on front flap, shallow chips along edge, light foxing to back panel, a very good example with bright illustrations. E.E. Smith (1890-1965) was an American science fiction writer, best known for his Lensman and Skylark series. He is often referred to as the father of space opera, a subgenre of science fiction that looks at warfare in space.
