Includes the publisher’s “Edition de luxe” dust jacket, which lacks the retail price and “Edition de luxe” statement on the front flap. Light soiling and sunning to the spine, small chip on the rear panel, pin hole along edge of front panel, a near fine example. Also includes the publisher’s slipcase, label on side panel, solid hinges, a near fine example.
