Rachel Robinson is the widow of Jackie Robinson. After his untimely death in 1973, Mrs. Robinson founded the Jackie Robinson Foundation, a nonprofit organization providing education and leadership opportunities to minority communities. In 2002, Mrs. Robinson turned 100 years old.
