Includes the publisher’s scarce glassine dust jacket. (Hanneman D-70). From a limited edition of 1180 copies, this is number 942, as stated on limitation page. A scarce work in this condition.
This work was reissued in 1953 by Club du Meiller Livre of Paris and Live de Poche of Paris.
