Matthew Hale was a close political associate of Roosevelt, the head of the Progressive “Bull Moose” Party, and a campaign manager for Roosevelt in 1912.
Framed document with portrait of Theodore Roosevelt in pencil. Oak wood frame, measures 15″ x 13″. Document has not been removed from the frame for inspection. Typed on letterhead of The Outlook, dated March 31st, 1913. The letter shows some wear and has been previously folded. The letter thanks Mr. Hale for his letter and kind words. The document is signed T. Roosevelt.
