Octavo, [10], 957pp, xlii, [1]. Dark blue cloth, gilt title on spine, embossed signature on cover. Contains 33 plates of photographs, including a frontispiece portrait opposite the title page. Housed in publisher’s slipcase, gilt title on spine, fine. This copy is still in the publisher’s shrink wrap, with the publisher’s sale tag on the back panel. It has not been examined outside the shrink wrap.
This edition was signed by President Bill Clinton and limited to 1500 copies.
