Both volumes with light wear to tips of spine, both near fine examples. In the publisher’s “Autographed Edition” dust jackets, $15.00 on the front flap, both near fine, noting “Autographed Edition, Two Volumes, Boxed” on front panels of both volumes, light sunning to spine, shallow chipping along top edge of both volumes. Housed in custom gray cloth slipcase, a fine example.

Henry L. Stimson (1867-1950) served as Secretary of War from 1911-13, Secretary of State from 1929-33, and Secretary of War from 1940-45.
