George S. Boutwell (1818-1905) was Secretary of the Treasury under President U.S. Grant, and the first Commissioner of Internal Revenue under President Abraham Lincoln. Boutwell also served as Governor of Massachusetts and a Senator and Representative from Massachusetts. The Honorable Judge John H. Weiss was a judge in Dauphin, Pennsylvania.
