Top edge gilt, appears unread. Silk bookmark. Booksellers label on rear paste down. Includes the publisher’s cardboard slipcase. Publisher’s cream colored dust jacket, title printed in black on spine, full wrap around book, corners worn as expected. From a signed limited edition of 520 copies, this is number 420. This signed limited edition of Sapphira was released the same day as the first trade edition, on December 7th, 1940. The number of limited edition copies depended on the number of orders received by the press date, October 10th, 1940.
