Letter is the official arrest statement of officer Nick McDonald, who arrested Lee Harvey Oswald in Dallas, Texas on November 22, 1963. Previous staple removed from top corner. Housed in archival rigid plastic sleeve. Document is signed twice by the officer, on the front panel and at the end of the two page document, dated 11-23-63.
