This limited edition includes the following works: Death in the Long Grass (1977), Death in the Silent Places (1981), Maneaters (1981), Death in the Dark Continent (1983), Safari: The Last Adventure (1984), Peter Capstick’s Africa (1987), The Last Ivory Hunter (1988), Last Horizons (1988), Death in the Lonely Land (1990), and Sands of Silence (1991). Each copy has “one of 500” stamped in silver on back board. Solid text blocks, blue silk bookmarks included, minor wear to boards, near fine examples. Each copy signed by Peter Hathaway Capstick on tipped-in limitation page.
Peter Capstick was a hunter and author famous for his work in Africa, more specifically in Zambia, Botswana, and Rhodesia.
