Small folio, [37 volumes]. Title in gilt on beige cloth spine, patterned paper over boards. Solid text blocks, internally clean and bright. Toning to spines, most notably along top and bottom edges. Full spines toned on: Titus Andronicus, Love’s Labour’s Lost, Timon of Athens, and Part I and II of Henry the Sixth. From a limited edition of 1950 sets, this being number 592. This listing includes the full 37 volume standard set, the two volume poetry collection in the publisher’s near fine slipcase, and a very good copy of the publisher’s survey commemorating the ten years of Shakespearean releases from the Limited Editions Club.

A scarce set, rarely seen in its complete form with supplemental materials.
