From a limited edition of 350 copies, this being number 272, signed by Norman Mailer, Mervyn Kurlansky, and Jon Naar. This work features 80 photographs by Jon Naar, with design work by Mervyn Kurlansky.
“The Faith of Graffiti” examines New York City’s graffiti movement as a legitimate and expressive art form rather than mere vandalism. Mailer argued that graffiti represented the voice of urban youth asserting identity and rebellion amid social decay, positioning it within a broader dialogue about art, politics, and public space.
