First edition with four lines on copyright page and no ISBN number. Housed in custom cloth clamshell, title on spine in gilt over red morocco. In first state dust jacket, $2.50 on front flap, light toning to spine with small chip at top edge, two closed tears to back panel, small chip along bottom edge. An overall very good dust jacket, with an excellent presentation.
