Solid text block. Light rubbing to cloth boards. Housed in custom green cloth clamshell.

This work was first published as the third volume of “Battles of America by Sea and Land” by John Wilson, published in 1878. The first separate edition was also published in 1881 by Staley & Hawes of Philadelphia. This work was additionally issued in half and full morocco bindings.
