Octavo, [34pp]. Publisher’s maroon cloth. Top edge gilt, uncut edges. Decorative endpapers, free of any bookplates or ownership marks. Includes samples of the publisher’s cloth binding and gilt typeface. Sample frontispiece portrait of President Roosevelt from Hunting Trips of a Ranchman, with tissue cover. The limitation page is unnumbered, with no mention of this set being signed by Edith Kermit Roosevelt. No other copies identified in OCLC. An exceptionally scarce piece.

The Memorial Edition was published between 1923-1926 by Charles Scribner’s Sons in 24 volumes. The set was limited to 1000 volumes, all signed on a limitation page in Volume I by Edith Kermit Roosevelt. There were 50 additional sets held back for the personal distribution of Edith Kermit Roosevelt.
