In the publisher’s matching slipcase, cracked along one edge of spine. A very good example. Lacking dust jacket. Previous ownership inscription of Helen Rose to front free endpaper.
Laid-in at front is a letter from Alfred A. Knopf to Miss Rose, an employee at the Louisville News Co. Book Department, gifting her the limited edition copy for Christmas.
