Octavo, [two volumes], vii, 502pp; v, 578pp. Full blue cloth, title in gilt on front cover and spine. Illustration of a rosary hanging from the moon stamped in red and silver on front cover of both volumes. Same date on title and copyright pages, no additional printings mentioned. Solid text blocks, bumped corners, light rubbing along edges. Volume I with a few small white stains to front cover and a touch of soiling to endpapers. Previous ownership inscription and stamp to front endpapers of both volumes. (BAL 20819)

A very good set of the final novel published by the Union General.
