This first edition set presented the findings of the Warren Commission in full detail, as required by the Executive Order signed by President Johnson. The members of the Warren Commission included illustrious figures such as Earl Warren, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Gerald R. Ford, then a US Representative from Michigan and Allen Dulles (Former director of the Central Intelligence Agency).
