In publisher’s dust jacket, $3.00 retail price on front flap, lightly soiled along edges. Front panel, once detached, is reconnected to spine with professional tissue repairs to verso. A good, well-presenting jacket.

Signed by Robertson Davies on the title page.

Robertson Davies (1913-1995) wrote this, his first novel, based on the real setting of Kingston, Ontario. Tempest-Tost is the first novel in The Salterton Trilogy, followed by Leaven of Malice and A Mixture of Frailties.
