Neil Bush is the fourth son of President George H.W. Bush and First Lady Barbara Bush, and the brother of President George W. Bush. Neil is a frequent surrogate for the Bush family, helping in the election of his father and brother. He currently serves as the chairman of the Points of Light Foundation, founded by his father to increase volunteerism around the world. The other recipient of this book, Sharon Bush, divorced from Neil Bush in 2003.
