Adams. It is not found in Ernest Halter’s bibliography of Roosevelt.

    Comments: The text of this address on Americanism by vice presidential candidate Franklin Roosevelt was recorded in 1920. It is believed to be the first time that Roosevelt’s voice was recorded. The speech addresses the aftermath of World War I and makes the case for an international peace.
