Foxhall Keene (1867-1941) excelled in a wide variety of sports, including tennis, polo, golf, race car driving, and horse racing. More specifically, Keene received an Olympic gold medal for polo, competed in the U.S. Open for golf, and was a founding member of the National Steeplechase Association for horse racing.
