In his notes are references to his 3000 hits, 1000 outs, introduction to the Hall of Fame, the Cardinals fans of Mississippi and being the greatest fan of Babe Ruth. Stan Musial was the keynote speaker for this event, which included the Governor of Mississippi and congressman from around the state.
