Three quarter brown calf, marbled boards, title in gilt with decorative bands and gilt compartments. All edges marbled with marbled endpapers. Comments: The first edition of this work by John Stephens was published in 1843 by Harper & Brothers. It was republished with the same title and collation six times between 1843 and 1860.
