Octavo, [two volumes], xvi, 392pp, [30pp ads]; xi, [1], 354pp, [2pp ads]. Publisher’s red boards and white cloth spine on Volume I, full red cloth on Volume II, title stamped in gothic white type on both volumes. Both volumes with red top stain and half-titles. Frontispiece portrait of Hitler in Volume I, not issued with frontispiece in Volume II. Both volumes are the first issue, lacking “Auflage” on the title page, which translates to edition.
