The first edition U.S. edition of “No Name in the Street” was published by Dial Press in New York (1972). It was preceded by the first English edition, published the same year by Michael Joseph of London. The essays in “No Name in the Street” include: “Take Me to the Water,” “To Be Baptized,” “No Name in the Street,” and “Sweet Lorraine.”
