Includes two fold-out charts: The Perkins Family Tree / The Elliott Family Tree. Closed tear on page 81. Light rubbing to panels, wear to tips of boards. Bound at The Rose Bindery of Boston. The Owls Nest was the home of Charles E. and Edward C. Perkins, located in the East Walnut Hills neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. In 1905, the 5-acre tract was donated to the City of Cincinnati. The original homestead was one of the first homes in East Walnut Hills.
