Comments: Pierre Salinger served as White House Press Secretary for President John F. Kennedy and President Lyndon Johnson. After his service in the White House, he served as a Senator from California. He was campaign manager for Robert F. Kennedy in 1968 and was nearby during his assassination. He passed away in France in 2004.
