From a limited edition of 250 numbered copies and 25 proof copies, which were privately printed for President Jimmy Carter, August of 1980. This copy is number 58 of 250. Inscribed to Ira Harris from Jimmy Carter.
This book was presented to Mr. Ira Harris by S. Lee Kling, the DNC finance chairman and close associate of President Jimmy Carter. The recipient of this book, J. Ira Harris, was an investment banker from Chicago.
