Photograph is black and white, measures 8″ x 10″. Signed by President Jimmy Carter with a full signature. Inscribed by President Clinton: “To Darlene – This was a long time ago! Thanks for helping Joe Sestak – Bill Clinton.”
Joe Sestak (b. 1951) represented Pennsylvania’s 7th Congressional District and ran for the United States Senate. He was Bill Clinton’s Director for Defense Policy, serving on the National Security Council. He was a three-star vice admiral.
