Comments: Bill Rasmussen was the former Sports Director and founder of ESPN. The inscription refers to the failed golf stadium in Naples, Florida called Stadium Naples. He was eventually the subject of criminal charges, with local media called it “The Biggest public corruption scandal in local history.” Rasmussen eventually took a plea deal to avoid jail time.
