Light dampstain to lower edge of rear endpapers, not affecting the text block or covers. In the publisher’s near fine dust jacket, retail price on front flap. Inscribed by Colonel Robert Morgan: “To Vice President Dick Cheney. Wish you all the best in your future. Robert Morgan.”
Provenance: Purchased at auction in 2021. It is unclear if Vice President Cheney received the book or not.
