This set is signed by President Jimmy Carter in Volume I, Part II. Both Part I and Part II of Volume II are inscribed by President Gerald R. Ford below the frontispiece portrait.
This set was issued in both white cloth and softcover. A fifth volume, titled “The Debates,” is not included with this set.
