In scarce publishers dust jacket, near fine, light toning to spine, wear to top edge. Signed by President Woodrow Wilson while still the sitting President. Inscription reads: “Woodrow Wilson. Washington, 27 Dec. 1920.”
Comments: Signed in 1920, shortly after receiving the Nobel Peace Prize for his work on the Versailles Peace Treaty.
