In publishers dust jacket, near fine condition, price clipped, some light shelf wear, overall bright illustrations and vibrant colors. Inscribed by Secretary Kissinger on half title: “To Susan and David Brinkley. The sort of friends that make life worthwhile. Affectionately, Henry Kissinger.”
Comments: David Brinkley was a lifelong journalist for NBC and ABC news. He was the host of the popular ABC Sunday morning news program called This Week with David Brinkley, where Henry Kissinger was a frequent guest. Kissinger was close friends with David Brinkley and his wife, Susan until he passed away in 2003.
