In the publisher’s first state dust jacket, $2.50 net on front flap, with “First American Printing 100,000 Copies” on rear flap, tape repair to verso at the spine, faint toning to spine, a very good example.

All Quiet on the Western Front, written by former German soldier Erich Maria Remarque, details the experiences of German soldiers during World War I. First published serially in Germany in late 1928, by early 1929, it was translated into English. By 1930, the book had been adapted into an Academy Award-winning movie, bringing it worldwide acclaim.
