Octavo, 11pp, [1]. Quarter maroon leather, marbled boards, ascending title in gilt on front cover. From a limited edition of 150 numbered copies and 15 proof copies, which were privately printed for President Jimmy Carter, Christmas of 1977. This is one of the proof copies, lettered “I” on the limitation page.
Signed by President Carter on the half-title.
An exceptionally scarce limited edition, with only a handful of copies known to exist on the public market.
